What is Tasek Lama?
Slow down; we'll cover this topic one by one.
If you'd like to visit and meet the locals, the most favorable time to go is in the afternoons around four to five o'clock. Around the front entrance there is a bridge where most people relax. There are many benches to rest and also trees to loosely block the sunlight if the weather is hot.
However, if you would prefer to be able to enjoy all the facilities and sceneries without any interruption, then the most recommended time to go is on the weekends in the lazy mornings. Less people visit at that time.
Now, to the two main events, there is the all-famous reflexology walking track. Pebbles are arranged strategically to ensure that the soles of feet in contact with the pebbles will get the maximum pressure as if you are going through a reflexology massage. Sometimes people come over to Brunei and visit the park just to walk on the reflexology walk!
